“I wanted to write this review to say what a great guy Mike the owner is. I went there with my Infiniti QX60 do to a sound I was hearing in the engine. He went for a test drive with me and gave me his honest professional opinion, then proceeded to help me see if I had a warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I did through Infiniti. He did try to scam me or take any money from me in fact he was a genuinely nice guy who did nothing but help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy!!!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Lance and the Lee Myles team for 10+ years now. My experience with them last week proved, yet again, why I still drive an hour from where I live to have them service my car.

Lance came up clutch (no pun intended) when I was in a real bind after my check engine light came on over the weekend. Monday morning, he told me to bring it right in — and not only did the shop look at it ASAP, but they diagnosed the issue that day.

As it turned out, the active grille shutter on my 2019 Nissan Altima was malfunctioning and required complete replacement. He took the time to explain the diagnostic process, the error code, and how it could affect my Altima in the short- and long-term. Let me just say, I wish doctors would explain things as well as Lance does!

My estimate with parts and labor was close to $1,200, and while I told Lance to proceed with the repair, he took it upon himself to dig deeper into it before moving forward. I’m so grateful he went the extra mile, as he discovered it was actually covered at 100% by a special Nissan extended warranty.

Lance called me to tell me the good news and that it could be repaired at no cost to me, but unfortunately, it could only be handled by Nissan dealership — which meant he was losing business by being transparent and honest. He also called Nissan Corporate to confirm and provided me with their number so I could open a case before going to a dealership. Lance was even kind enough to tell me which ones were close by.

Knowing that I had to take my car to a dealership going into Memorial Day weekend, Lance expedited other issues that needed to be addressed, namely oil and filter change plus replacing a bad relay related to my ABS. I got my car back from Lee Myles by Wednesday, and thanks to Lance, I was able to squeeze my repair into a dealership AND had my car good as new by Friday afternoon. It’s worth noting that Lance also cleared all my error codes except for the active grille shutter to ensure that Nissan’s techs would see it populate — and the dealership told me they were very appreciative of that.

Once again, Lance and his team impressed me with their professionalism and how accommodating they are! I can always count on them to take great care of my Altima and provide honest service. Every experience is a great one. Thank you so much, Lance and team!”

August 2020: when 3 mechanic places local to where the Malibu mysteriously disabled could not figure out the issue, once again Pak came to the rescue! Took the time to investigate a few things and it's up and running again.

Honest, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient is the owner Pak of Prestige Auto Inc in Sayreville! I am more and more impressed and appreciative of his assistance with inspecting my car & only repairing what is necessary at a fair price. Winter 2019:
I now have gone to Pak over a handful of times and he and his staff are very fair and honest with being willing to check my concerns for my car and conservatively tend to the repairs if needed. I truly feel he has his customer's best interests at heart and that he is very honest plus extremely knowledgeable!
October 2018:
A friend has been using this repair shop for years and now that my teenager has a used car, I am destined to need a repair shop after years not needing one with new leased cars. Pak and his crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and identified my car issue very quickly getting us back on the road in a couple of days. I appreciated the conservative approach of trying one part at a time to first test if it fixed the problem. It may take a few trys to completely fix but it seems to be less costly for me this way. “I had the guys at Jersey Car Care look at a used car that I recently purchased when I discovered the previous owner had done shoddy exhaust work, which left the exhaust hanging off the car with no hangers, and did a horrible job with a muffler delete, which left it looking disgusting. I contacted them for an appointment, showed up, and explained what my options were. I decided to basically have the exhaust system rebuilt. When the job was completed, the exhaust didn't look like someone's shop project gone wrong anymore and it also sounded much better than I expected. For anyone wanting repairs done and even custom work done, which is basically what I had done, I'd definitely go here.”
