“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my wedding tuxedo made. I usually live in basketball shirts and shorts, so walking into a custom tailor shop was honestly a little overwhelming at first. But Onik and his team made the entire process incredibly simple, comfortable, and personable.
What really stood out to me was how much they were willing and able to customize. If you could think of it, they could probably create it. I was able to choose from different fabrics, including lighter options that were perfect for my summer wedding, experiment with different styles, and even add custom images to the lining of my tuxedo to make it truly personal. Having different styles available to see and try on made it so much easier to figure out exactly what I wanted.
Another huge plus was the convenience. Since they were local, I was able to stop in whenever I had questions, wanted to make adjustments, or simply wanted to take another look at the styling. They were always patient and helpful throughout the process.
The final tuxedo came out exactly how I wanted, and it made the wedding day feel that much more special. If you’re someone who doesn’t know much about suits or custom tailoring, I especially recommend giving them a visit. Onik and his team will guide you through the entire process and make it feel effortless.

“So. I was walking down Amsterdam for the second day in a row and gave into temptation to enter Darryl's store. I was sort of half in the mood to get a new dress for dancing, but the first dress that caught my eye was not in my size. Darryl stepped in, and in the most friendly, gentle and fun way, found several dresses for me to try on. I left with two! Because I couldn't decide which one I liked best. I'm so delighted with them. And with how much fun Darryl is. You should try shopping here just for the fun of it. Not to mention the clothes are so distinctive.”

“What a little hidden gem! I've been here about ten times, and I'll keep returning. There is ample free parking and the store is moderately sized. The price for clothing can range from good to incredible deals. Large clothing selection but shoes and accessories are pretty limited. If you like elien fisher clothing, this is worth a trip. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.
The only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars are the curtains for the dressing rooms don't close. I've accidently seen other women getting changed and other women have seen my body. It's very awkward and uncomfortable.”

“I have to give this place a 10 out of 10 I called in distress I spoke to miss Lynn over the phone and when I tell you she assured me that she would be able to help me that immediately put my anxiety to rest. upon my arrival to the store I was greeted by the two beautiful young ladies I'm sorry I forgot their names, the one with the dark hair immediately started helping my daughter find dresses. she was pulling faster than I could talk and she was hitting the nail right on the head with each pull. ultimately we found a beautiful gown. when I tell you I am more than grateful, I highly recommend the fig leaf boutique, for their outstanding customer service, and their ability to go over the top for their customers in such a short period of time. they now have a permanent customer and I will refer everyone I know to the fig leaf boutique boutique in Maplewood New Jersey❤”
