“Had to write to say the customer service in this store is OUTSTANDING! A little background on me. I have been recovering from surgery and this was my first time going it alone in a mall to do a little bit of shopping. I went in to Lucky Brand as my boyfriend loves their pants and well they had a sale on! :) Not only did they recognize that I was finding it a bit hard to move around, they held my other bags for me so I could wonder round. They then helped me allocate his sizing for his pants and they carried all the clothing items I chose for me to try on. I did not have to move. They made it all so much easier for me! But the 'above and beyond' bit was once I completed my shopping, they helped carry all my bags to my car as I had officially run out of steam by then. This was all their doing, I did not have to ask. It was just wonderful and so so supportive and I was and still am so very grateful for this amazing gesture! What a GREAT team and the store is managed so well. I wanted to get them a shake or a coffee..but they wanted nothing! Just an amazing experience and an easy reason to return again.. A BIG heartfelt thank you to Karisma and the Manager for seeing me as a person and making my first outing a successful (and safe) one. PS....my boyfriend and I are very happy with the clothes purchase as well!”

“You know, I actually just found out about this company when I moved to the area. Now only a few months ago. The clothing is reasonably priced. Which is hard to find during these trying times. The selection of clothing is great. I think I now stop in once a week to pickup a few articles of clothing. The colors of the clothes look great. Different styles to choose from. Jackets, pants, shirts, hats, socks, purses. They carry everything. The wash quality of the clothing is great. Won't shrink after one wash or fade, or anything else like that. Check these guys out. Ever have a problem where your jeans don’t fit properly because your waist is too small and your thighs are big(there’s no problem with have thick thighs) Hollister has amazing jeans and you can forget about that problem. Their jeans are comfortable and affordable. Hoodies and sweatpants extremely comfortable and parkas so soft it’s like sleeping in a blanket. They have some super nice workers there. Have you seen there fitting rooms super cool it’s definitely my favorite store.Hollister is a great clothing store!!!”

“As a HUGE Under Armour fan and as someone who has worked in Retail for many years , I have to say I had one of the BEST experiences in this location. This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. The entire team made me feel extremely "welcome" & it was definitely an experience that I won't forget! I will definitely be back!”
