Purchased the wrong size sweater and needed to make an in-store exchange. Staff were super helpful even when I didn’t have my physical receipt and was having issues with my card! The atmosphere is great. So many cute and girly things! Fahriye slayed! Her service was top notch, greeted everyone, helped those in need, and she even suggested a new location where my daughter and I could customize some pieces!! Thank you for your hospitality from this Texan making her first visit to NY!
