mostly for shipping & color prints, but also the occasional fax and notary service, I’m in the store a few days a week. The employees are all professional and so helpful even when the line wraps around and outside with the endless Amazon returns. Please keep in mind the store makes next to nothing for handling these endless returns. I personally have scaled way back on my Amazon buying for many reasons I try and shop local as much as possible. So if you frequent this store for your Amazon returns please also go for all your shipping & printing needs as well. Love to make Color Prints of my Art Work. The Color is amazing!

“Outstanding assistance with buying a new computer and setting it up so that it was plug and play when I got home. Great technical staff at this venue as well as two good store managers. There were two items that should have been brought to my attention when the features of the computer were discussed. One the unit did not have a disc drive and two the mouse and keyboard were not wireless. I still would have purchased the computer, but those items were surprises.”

“I annoyed Steve for 2-3 months with my start-up business marketing budget and through out the process he was extremely patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond with his service. He always explained everything, delivered on quality with his products, and responded to every email, phone call on a timely manner. I honestly wish I didn’t waste my time trying to shop around finding the “best deal” because no one will compare to him. I tried reaching out to 5 different vendors and they were all disappointments with service, quality, and price, even one that came highly recommended by a family member.”
“This store deserves 10 Stars! Everyone at this location is professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant. I actually go to this location, even though it is is farther from my office because of the staff there. Jaslin, Gerard, Justin, Nav, and Vanley are always ready to help. Mike , the Manager is the best! Unfortunately, sometimes, we the customers, are confused, in a hurry or in a bad mood and we don't treat these associates with the respect they deserve. I have witnessed customer abuse on several occasions to the point that I had to interject on their behalf, yet these people maintained a professional and calm attitude during these moments. Something I could not do nor could many of us in this situation. Thank You to the FEDEX employees at this store for maintaining a positive attitude and representing FEDEX in a way that is admirable! I will continue to use this FEDEX and will use other locations to support FEDEX and their outstanding employees.”
