“I had a very good experience with their patient and calm associate, Aaron, this week. He did both a foot scan and gait analysis, then recommended three pairs of shoes, as well as socks and insoles. I left satisfied with a comfortable pair of shoes and socks (the insoles, for the particular shoes I selected, unfortunately lifted my heels too much, but I could see them being very useful with the right pair of shoes). It is too early to tell if these are great shoes, but I know great customer service - thank you, Aaron!”

“So I’ve been here dozens of times over The past four years realize it’s time for review, the store is absolutely phenomenal and the customer service is Outstanding! The Fishing department is on the smaller side, but they have everything you could need which is what matters in my book. They’ve walked me through for Hours when getting equipment and they’ve sat down in front of a vice with me to teach me how to tie flies it within an hour of me for flyfishing, And beyond grateful itsthere! “I just learned that Nike products are NOT included in any promos like the bogo deal. The woman that checked me out said nike wouldnt agree to send them shoes if they had to comply with the promos ?. So hopefully this is helpful to others to know before you go. ?

“Have the latest drops without massive lines and store by outs on day releases. Was able to walk in and get what I wanted and then get a pair delivered right away also. Everyone in there is cool by my man Chauncey is the go to for primo service. Not a greedy dude was even willing to lose some of his shine to make sure another store would have the shoes I wanted. That’s customer service and definitely worth writing a review for. Quaker bridge mall has a real one in there.”

“Champs Sports in the Quakerbridge mall is the real MVP when it comes to ordering online and pick up in store. I was amazed at how efficiently the process worked, it was like a perfectly executed in-bound pass. Once I got my hands on the package, it was game time for my new fresh kicks. I felt like I could run faster than Usain Bolt in these sneakers. I even attempted to jump over the store counter like Michael Jordan, but I quickly realized my vertical leap is more like Charles Barkley's. The staff at Champs Sports were awesome and made me feel like a superstar. If you want to be a baller, shot caller, and have fresh kicks, then this is the place to be!”
“Christine helped me decide the sneakers to buy. I haven't been back to Dicks since they decided to discontinue firearms and ammo sales some years ago. My daughter had given me a gift card for Christmas. I was in the Princeton area and decided to find something to buy. I was greeted by Christine offering to show me some walking sneakers.
