“Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. “Delta did an amazing job with my Metromile collision repair. They were super responsive and when I originally called the list of preferred collision mechanics my insurance approved, they were the only ones who made it a priority to look over my car ASAP because I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. “I have an old car, and the front bumper had come loose on one side. I called Bill to see if they could fix it, and he was incredibly pleasant, asking me to bring the car in for a look. When I arrived, Bill attended to me right away and got to work.
Since my car is quite old, the traditional screws weren’t working, but Bill used some creative solutions to secure the bumper. He also noticed the fender liner was hanging down and took care of that as well, which involved some time spent working underneath the car.
Once everything was fixed, I asked Bill how much I owed him. He only asked for $10 to cover supplies, but I insisted on paying more given the effort and creativity he put into the repairs. He politely refused to charge extra. I didn’t have cash, and when I offered my credit card, he told me not to worry about it. I insisted again, happy to pay more for such great service, but he simply said he was glad to help and didn’t want to charge anything.
I was pleasantly surprised by his generosity. It seems like a fantastic shop with wonderful people who truly care about their customers.”

“We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”

“4 years ago I brought a severely rusted cargo basket to GSD/Line-x Monmoth to be refinished. I definitely wanted to wait sometime before I posted a review to see if the finish held up. Just looked at it the other day and realized four years went by and it is in pristine condition. This basket is stored outside year round exposed to all the elements and I can’t believe it still looks this good. It’s not often that I can say it so I’m very happy to say I highly recommend these guys if you plan on getting anything refinished And I will definitely be using them again for anything I wanna have done the right way. “I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️
