“I visited Sansone Hyundai with my wife yesterday. We met with Dan, the sales rep. We located and identified a Hyundai Tuscon trim that we wanted to test drive and purchase. The test drive was very smooth. There was a small issue with the safety control feature known as the highway assist feature when driving in the snowy roads and inclimate weather in the evening. Dan addressed the safety concern we had and showed us a video demo on how to properly activate the feature prior to driving in the highways. Dan was very diligent and focused in getting everything done in a timely manner. Me and wife felt very relaxed after finalizing the purchase. All the financing paperwork as well as the final walkthrough of all the features of the car was done by Dan. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and experience provided by Dan and the team.”
