“We purchased a hanging Fine Art ceiling light fixture at the Millburn store. The original price was nearly $12,000 however, we paid less than half of that price considering it was a floor sample. Two small pieces on the light came broken, which prevented it from being mounted properly. Sol (the owner), immediately got involved, ordered the pieces from the manufacturer, and sent someone to our house to mount and fix the fixture for free. It’s clear that the store and its owner care about its customers! Sol even offered to give us a refund if we didn’t want to proceed with hanging the light. To say the least, we are glad that we waited a few weeks to have everything shipped from the manufacturer, as the fixture is absolutely gorgeous and the value far exceeds what we paid. I wholly recommend Design Hub, Sol and his entire staff.”

“I found that it was the only location with a large selection of manual recliners. Also, I discovered that there is a big difference in how the feel of the mechanism to recline the chair works. She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. “We decided it was time for a new mattress. We stopped in at Mattress firm and were greeted by a pleasant sales representative Jordan. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. After about an hour we made an informed decision and purchased a beauty rest mattress and adjustable base. Jordan even worked with us on the price. I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion.
