Emad took the time to really understand my situation instead of just trying to sell me something. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. “Unlike other furniture stores, Erik greeted me when I walked in then let me know where to find him if I had questions. He asked if it was ok to check in with me in 15 minutes or so but otherwise left me alone. 🙌🏾 He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every piece in the store so I didn't have to show him what I was asking about. He let me use his tape measure so I could figure out if things would fit in the space without hesitation (& wasn't frustrated by the multiple asks). I was super impressed that he was willing to negotiate on a price so we got a great deal on gorgeous furniture pieces. There's lots of cool pieces, furniture and decor, that I fell in love with. I'll definitely be back for the next sale. Note: They don't take cards for floor sample purchases. Only cash, check, or Zelle.”

I was able to add another furniture the day before delivery to the existing order without any extra charges or delivery fees. Day of delivery went smooth. There were two men who carried the boxes inside and assembled everything nicely and efficiently. The sectional I got required a bit of extra work to put together but they managed it well. Lastly, Nick helped us out by requesting to have all the boxes taken out after everything was done which was a huge huge help! I will come back to purchase a few more pieces!”
