“A long time customer because of the level and quality of customer care I always received on everything that is Benjamin Moore paint. Unbeknownst to me, Red Star is also a certified Hunter Douglass provider. Ryan was instrumental in guiding us on their service offering and even came to our house to discuss our vision for the space. He in turn put us in the hands of Vic who is a certified window treatment installer and executes his craft seriously and with care. I cannot diminish how impressed we were with the service, installation, quality of product and the customer after care. I recommend Red Star, this team in particular, and all of their offerings.”

“Rose is an outstanding sales lady but the issue I have is that your automated system says deliveries are free over 500. I was estimated 275 for delivery and taking out two couches the false retirement there makes me a little upset.”

“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

“what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”

“Outstanding customer service! Mike and the wonderful woman who initially helped me at Capitol Lighting in New Jersey went above and beyond to locate a discontinued chandelier I had been searching everywhere for. They actually searched their basement and attic until they found one, made sure it had all the parts and was in excellent condition, and arranged to have it shipped to me. Less than five days—and just as many states—later, I had the chandelier in my hands! I truly appreciate the extra effort and personal service. It’s rare to find people willing to go this far for a customer. Thank you both for making what seemed like an impossible search a success!”

“Have passed by CBL Fine Art store for years, and finally had a chance to stop in, and check it out. So glad I did, because it's filled with hundreds of items that are unusual & beautiful, as well as traditional Judaica that are so unique & special. Shout out to Dori, was very helpful in helping me select two beautiful Tallits for my twin grandsons. There's an amazing array of mezuzahs, menorahs, lovely jewelry, as well as some very cool art pieces, like large cherries. Something for everyone! They gift wrap & ship too. Check it out, I'm sure you'll agree, it's a real treasure of a store. ???”

“Amazing!!!! I moved into a hi- rose apartment in NJ. The couch couldn't fit in either the elevator or staircase. Madgi was incredible. I had nowhere to put the couch. He came in a few hours and worked meticulously. He was a life-saver, a true professional. He is a master at his craft. I couldn't be happier. I have already recommended him ti a friend. His pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I would give him 10 stars if I could.”

“What a find this place is! The Brass Shop has been in business for over 50 years and that was a good omen. We needed to have an old bell jar lamp rewired and cleaned up. It was done within a few days. Frank, the owner, was great to work with and very helpful in having us video how to reassemble our pendant. And, the price was a quarter of what a store in Summit was going to charge for the same work...with no attitude.”
