I had a lot of fragile items and all arrived safe. “This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”
“Staples is my go to place for ink cartridges for my printer. Once I'm in the store though, I'm always finding other things i can use. The associates are proactive and friendly. I've not explored their online experience but the in-store experience is really fine.”

They go above and beyond and they are always kind and helpful. I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and they took the time to retrieve it for me without hesitation. “When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”

“Wow I cannot say enough amazing things!!! I had an AWFUL experience Monday in Cranford trying to do a name change on my passport. I walked in and no one wanted to help me despite having an appointment, and they also told me I had the wrong form (it ended up being the correct form). After 45 minutes, my gut told me to leave and go to another post office. I walked into Fanwood today and was so pleasantly greeted by Evans who told me I indeed had the right form and walked me through the entire process. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable, and I am so happy my instincts told me to try another post office. Had I submitted my application the way they were advising, I would have received a rejection letter and wouldn’t have my passport in time for my vacation. Highly recommend Fanwood. They are truly wonderful here.”
