“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”

“Used the service to move my things from Dubai to NY, excellent work. All items arrived in great condition , team did amazing work wrapping each item carefully in paper. I had a lot of fragile items and all arrived safe. Professional attitude from the first step till the end, great follow up from the team side( I was not very responsible in filling up export forms) to clear all documents and customs.

My only complaint is that the store receipt does not provide a UPS scannable code to integrate with the UPS Customer App.
Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.
Very efficient with efficient and polite staff.
I highly recommend their services.”
“Staples is my go to place for ink cartridges for my printer. Once I'm in the store though, I'm always finding other things i can use. The associates are proactive and friendly. I've not explored their online experience but the in-store experience is really fine.”

“I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.

“Love the convenience and flexibility of getting done of urgent works. This place is a perfect compared to bigger places like Staples, you will get a lot more from here. You will not need to do any upload and wait for days to get some complicated works done such as mounted foam board printing. In a traditional way, you can call, walk in, and communicate face to face, and then get your prints the same day or closer ETA. The quality is beyond great the moment I saw the machine in store. You just know it does the right work. Thank you for having my work done quickly and high quality!”

I was taken care of by a young man (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was so kind and helpful. Even took the heavy package to my car. I went there on June 25th around 5:30ish. Thank you so very much for hiring employees that know how to take care of customers.”
“This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”

“When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”
