He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. “The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”
“So far so good! Be aware it’s not 24/7 access to your unit. I appreciated the set up for the unit. I did everything online and didn’t have to meet any staff to get started.
Once you sign up for your unit, you can download their app for your gate code, and they also have remote opening features on the app. You get to your unit and it’s shut, but unblocked. You open it and right there is a little welcome bag with your lock.
During the day the front desk staff would help me locate trolleys, they were kind.
My only complaint is the unit was dusty,, or maybe it’s not dust it’s almost like sediment? Hard to tell, it wasn’t over the top by any means, just noticeable enough when plopped a box down, the feedback from dust /debris was noticeable. Other than that, I was nearly given a heart attack as a tic tac sized spider was rappelling down towards my head. Nothing a little squeal and shadow boxing can’t fix. Nearly tweaked my neck doing so
ALL THAT TO SAY. this spot feels like a 10/10. The smoothness of the process is hard to beat
FIX THE LITTLE PEACE OF YELLOW CEMENT PLEASE , the lil ramp by sliding door 1. That NEEDS to be fixed. It’s a tripping hazard/liability. Thank you to the front desk staff for being kind and helpful, their energy was relaxed and professional. Can’t ask for much more.”
