“Lee the manager was the best he greeted me with a smile and welcoming personality! Every time I come he also alone but goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience here is wonderful! One day I had trouble with the gate and he came out to show me how to input the password properly if I could give him 10 stars I would!!! “Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”
“It was absolutely an amazing experience! I absolutely loved the customer service that Curtis gave us. Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. I especially recommend speaking with Curtis, he will guide you and accommodate you the best way possible! He answered all of our questions and concerns and even gave us advice on the best way to go about with certain things. This man for sure deserves a raise and big recognition by the company!!”

“The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”

Elliot, Ryan and Jarod have been a pleasure to deal with regarding my payments, adjustments or if there was a concern regarding the unit. It is convenient for me to go there and I never have concerns regarding safety. I hope they continue to keep safety a priority.”
