“I was a new customer when I arrived seeking repair or possibly replacement of a tire whose pressure had dropped fast. A friend recommended Mavis -- in the past I had been loyal to a small tire business, but the owners sold it and I didn't like my customer experience with the new owners ("the wait could be hours; we may need you to leave your car here for a day or two...."). I went on to the Mavis website and to my surprise (1) they had a super-easy online appointment scheduling system, (2) appointments were available immediately, and (3) I made the appointment on the spot. My car was taken in right away. Aside from how much time it would take for the repair, my other concern was whether I would get an honest assessment which my prior vendor had always given. I should not have worried. The tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Mavis could easily have sold me a new tire (how would I know), but they told the truth and charged me $25 for the repair, when I had expected to shell out a whole lot more. Service was friendly, fast and so easy. I am now a Mavis customer!”

“This Goodyear is the best. I showed up at 7:45 with a piece of metal in my tire. I was traveling from Eatontown to North Carolina. Juan(service Mgr.) took me in at7:45. Three techs worked on my Dodge Van replacing two tires and replacing the temp spare back underneath the vehicle. I was out and on the way home by 9:00. “When we moved back up to Monmouth county we never thought about who we would take our car to if we needed to. But after my husband and his friend had a conversation about honest,good mechanics, D&V came up. We dropped it off Saturday morning, my husband spoke to the owner's son and he was very honest about the fact that it wouldn't be able to be worked on till Monday because most parts stores were closed for the weekend. When we called back on Monday it was done and ready to go. They were very polite, answer the phone in a timely manner, and as far as getting your car worked on, I think anyone is apprehensive nowadays, you don't have to be with them. They are fair in their prices and they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them . Thank you for taking such good care of our car”

“Service with a smile ; even on a Sunday! Brian was very nice on the phone, arrived at our stranded vehicle before we did, and was extremely personable & professional . He was even familiar with our repair shop destination. We handed off the keys , and were worry-free. Reasonable price also a big plus. I had a horrible experience with my so-called "roadside assistance" yesterday . They never arrived , and left me stranded . This is proof positive that you should ALWAYS support local businesses!”
