“I had such an excellent experience with this location! When we arrived to pick up our car, there was a bit of a line. But Dylan made sure to treat everyone with kindness and a positive attitude. It made waiting so much easier. We were able to get a very nice rental in a short amount of time and, as our car was in the shop, he made a point to write a note that the drop-off time might be changed, just in case. When our vehicle was ready earlier than expected, the lady working was very kind at drop-off and made the process effortless. The car was in great shape, and was incredibly clean. Even though this location is a bit of a drive from where we live, if I need to rent a car again, this is exactly where I would want to go!”

“I have rented from this facility a few time, I have always been happy. Needed a car from Friday to Tuesday, they upgraded me, offered to come get me, when I called an Uber from the lobby they offered to drive me to the shop my car was at. I declined given they were busy. While I was waiting there was a customer who was angry about something out of their control. The girl that was there went above and beyond in trying to help him.
She was beyond courteous, patient and professional towards him. Great experience, thanks!”
