David, in particular, was extremely helpful, and helped me try on dozens of different pairs of boots in several various sizes, ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, before I found the ideal fit. He was never annoyed by my pickiness, even after I came back and did it all over again with a return of the boots I bought the first time. It was super pleasant to have someone knowledgeable, like David, cater to my needs and help me till the very end. Huge shout out to Red Wing and David for their superior quality AND customer service. “Located inside of Center Stage dance studio... my first time here was interesting. Very, very busy place! The store portion is a little closet type part of the studio, but nonetheless.... Went here to purchase pointe shoes for my daughter. Didn't know that we had to book an appointment (pretty involved process).. but Leann was a gem to let us still get service as a walk-in. She is very thorough at what she does and pleasant. I appreciated the experience!”

“I went there to buy a pair of Toms and I had the pleasure of having Jenny help me with my purchase. She was so kind, helpful and patient. While she was helping me I mentioned that my neurologically impaired sister wanted a pair of personalized Vans since she is unable to tie her shoes. Even though she said they don't do that there, she suggested that I bring my sister in so that she can measure her size, so I don't order her the wrong size since they would be a special order. So I came back the next day with my sister and again Jenny was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to this time since it was such a pleasant experience. “I will admit, I didn’t know what a shoe cobbler was. I never used one before…until now!Randolph’s Shoe Care, in Hightstown, fixed up my very loved, very used leather boots. I wore them constantly over the last 3+ years… all throughout the country, in all the weather. I never took good care of them. I used sharpies to cover areas that wore off.I picked them up today and they look brand new. The bottoms are new. Not a single scratch… and a belt needed reattaching.OH! And Mr. Randolph suggested that any time I buy a nice pair of leather boots, to bring them to him first before wearing them and he’ll protect them from wear and weather.Your boots and shoes will thank you ?(Randolph’s Shoe Care information on last picture. This is not an ad and I was not paid, simply thrilled with the service.)”

“had a great experience here yesterday! me and my mom were there with my little brother to buy him some new sneakers, and as a growing 10 year old boy you can imagine how hard it is to find something that not only fits, but also has a little room to grow into. “Went to buy a pair of shoes at this store today and I was pleasantly surprised of how well organized and neat the store was. It was very easy for me to find what I was looking for. I met Karen the store manager and she was very pleasant to deal with, helped me pick out the shoes I wanted and was very patient with me. I must say, I’m impressed she can really multitask, I saw her one minute fixing shelf the other asking me how she could be of assistance, all the while helping other customers out. Her staff also showed interest in their customers. It was a very nice environment. By the way Karen supported her team i could tell that she has strong leadership qualities that makes her and asset to JImmy Jazz and for sure her customers, will definitely shop here again!??”
