“Visited Lowe’s today and recently a month ago and Vivian (the Jamaican guy) is the most helpful, the kindest, and super helpful! The other associates saw me struggling but Vivian saw me leaving the garden center with heavy pebble bags and immediately helped me. Helped me at the register. Also loaded the bags in my car since they were heavy. Vivian is the BEST!!! I appreciate him so much. “May 27 ,2024 A worker from the lumber department harassed my parent's yesterday & verbally insulted both of them. When my mother was purchasing the items he saw the worker that harassed her huddling up with other works from lumber talking about my mother gossiping about the situation. I recently used to work there so i don't remember an employe from lumber with that description. Tall male with braids and lumber worker. I hope you do something about this . Store is great & workers even know my mother so i know they wouldn't do this. Just want that specific worker out the job.”
