“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. “Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. “Had appointment at 1300 got there at 7 am got to the door at 1030 load less than hour friendly people work there can park there at the end of the building besides old trailer at the end of the parking lot right backing up at the door due to the wall in the way but overall good experience will return again”

Update- Much better! I'm happy these didn't have self checkout, like the other location near us. Fun stock of stuff you want but don't need, polite staff and clean store.”

“Emma M, specifically her, is hands down the best bear builder I’ve ever had the pleasure of building my bear. For my first time ever at 17 years old building a bear it was pretty damn magical because of her. I went with my friends to get graduation bears and I really didn’t think much of it until this wonderful woman helped us out and made us laugh like no tomorrow and helped us build the perfect bear. She was so friendly, so nice, and literally made the experience of building some bear a memorable moment for ever. She should get her own build a bear atp but like you know hopefully this gets my home girl a raise or sum. Will def be coming back idk when but only if Emma M is a ceo or something.”
