“This is the best location in the area. Got started at another one and had a terrible experience, I frequent this one more. Everyone is very funny, kind, and actually listens to your needs. I came in September to get a secured card to build my credit and the young Latino gentleman who assisted me was very helpful. The card did get shipped to another address instead of the bank (which I had wanted instead), but the bank is very accountable and owned up to their mistake and apologized. Today I had called about a question about payments with the upcoming holidays and Paul answered me and then stepped away to verify the information he gave me. Great customer service here, makes me want to continue banking with PNC.”

After I visited here for a notery service, I decide I will never close my Wells Fargo account. This branch has created great value and conviniences for our family. Great branch!”

I have been going through some really tough times in my life, and in a world where it feels like people working in customer service kind of just want to rush you out the door, or benefit themselves in some way, Roberta is the polar opposite of the norm because she is patient, kind, helpful, soulful and supportive. She acted as a friend to me who had my best interest at heart and helped me get out of an extremely sticky situation. She is so sweet and knows what “getting more bees with honey” means, she lives it, she is just phenomenal at her job and a light to the world! I just want to give her all the thanks for her patience in guiding me out of a very dark place financially and honestly even emotionally, because when I left the branch I felt lighter and like everything was going to be okay. You can make a difference in people’s lives any day in any situation through patience and kindness. Too many people lack that in this world, Roberta is a breath of fresh air and a very special lady.
