“Went there to look at a bedroom set we saw online and wanted to see in person before ordering. Intent was to look then go home and order it since it was coming up a bit less online. Kleny came up to us while we were looking at some couches while we were there. Wife was looking for a specific fabric to touch and feel but unfortunately nothing on the floor was what she was looking for. Kleny went above and beyond trying to help her find what we were looking for. Unfortunately not being able to find we were going to leave but did mention we were going to order the bedroom set. She wanted us to work with her to order so we let her work up the numbers. Once she came back with the amount l we mentioned it was a better price online. At that time she got her manager involved (Johnathan). After some back and forth, price matching etc, they came up with a number less than online so we made the deal. They were also able to get it delivered quickly. I wanted to call out that they were both excellent to work with and were both very personable. We had a good time chatting while the numbers were being worked out and we feel like we got a great deal. I highly recommend and would even suggest asking for her specifically (Kleny) if you go to this store. Sincerely, happy customers.”

“A few years ago American Reclaimed made me a custom black walnut table that seats ten. (They also supplied 10 stools made from French vineyard wine barrels.) It sits in the middle of my wine room. We have had many festive meals and celebrations with this table as the centerpiece. Every family member and guest remarks about the beautiful table. American Reclaimed was terrific to deal with. Our table continues to pay dividends. Thanks to Dylan and Sal and all the folks there! Happy Holidays!”

“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

We have bought 3 mattresses there over a period of years, and are very happy with these. The staff are great: pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to find out what your preferences are, then make detailed recommendations, fully explaining pros and cons, as well as mattress construction, warranties, firmness, durability, etc., but without hype and pressure. They let you take all the time you want to lie on the mattresses to make your choice. We even came back a few times before one of our decisions, and they encouraged us each time to not rush. They have an extensive selection and wide variety of top quality mattresses, some of which you may not find elsewhere, truly great prices, and we got free deliveries. The delivery team was always punctual, pleasant, and efficient. We just bought mattresses, but they also sell some beds and bed frames as well.
We have shopped at a number of mattress chains and also department stores, but we would only buy from Westwood Sleep Centers. They are far superior to the competition in selection, price, information, advice, and friendliness with no pressure.”
