“This hotel is super great! I stay at a lot of hiltons and they have had a great reputation for being a great brand of hotels. This hotel is just 5 minutes into New York State and is lovely and beautiful. This was such a great get away and cannot believe the amazing staff and would like to say that Michelle was great and so friendly. The pool and gym was one of the best and I really did enjoy this hotel. In the morning I was able to get a late checkout and there was free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the restaurant. My family and I got room service and I was very happy with the service. Check in and check out was great and was able to use my phone as a room key. Thank you Hilton Pearl River NY.”

“BEWARE AVOID!! The absolute worst dirtiest and smallest foal oder throughout the whole entire hotel. Only thing I can describe it as someone cooking really bad Indian food 24 hours a day. Most foul smell ever.. also old out dated rooms and hotel management at front desk was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in my life, when I tried to explain my concerns he laughed and said live with it you get eventually get used to it lol. Unfortunately I booked for an extended stay and was from out of state and was fooled by what I consider a lot of false reviews pumping up all the negative ones. Please don't fall into this rat trap like I did an prepay in advance.”

“Been coming here for awhile, it's a very local crowd but the booze is a good price, the roast beef dinner is fabulous and the atmosphere is typical bar. Come for a drink and a pizza and you will be very happy.”

“The location of this hotel is off the beaten path and not visible from the main road. It's easy to find with gps. The check-in process was easy. People at the desk are welcoming. The room is clean and nicely decorated, but could use some upgrades. They offer complimentary continental breakfast that includes making your own waffle. I feel safe and very comfortable here.”

But everything is very clean and the staff super friendly, which is perfect for my needs. As long as you aren’t expecting luxury accommodations, and want something for relatively low cost, this place is for you.”

“We had no problems with our stay. The price is good for what you get. It is actually an interesting place because it has not been updated.The hotel needs to be updated. I would guess it was last updated in the 70's, maybe 80's. The carpet is really looking bad in our room, not dirty but showing stains and wear from decades of use.”

“Staff is very nice and our room is very clean . It’s only for one evening but the cleanliness is my main concern and they get 4.5 stars there. Remote is a little yucky. Had to wipe that off. Bed is comfortable and they had extra pillows new in bag for us.”

Let me tell you something, the front desk guy who is positioned as nightshift, he just sits on the corner and ignores the puppy's barking.”

“Traveled with 12 families for a weekend softball tourney. Jay at the front desk was very positive, helpful and patient with our group and kids. Rooms were all clean and well maintained. Tavern 17 was able to provide accommodate our party of about 40 for dinner. Overall great experience and value, would definitely stay again.”

“The Quality Inn has improved a lot since I last stayed here about a year ago. The rooms are cleaner and have upgraded a bit and the place has a better feel than it did. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference.”
“For the most part, we had the usual, pleasurable, Marriott experience. However, their remote for the TV was replaced 3x and still not working properly. Also, the coffee station could have been stocked better. On the bright side, the bathroom and bed were excellent, and we enjoyed having the sofa in the room (very comfortable).”
