“Extremely good, friendly, prompt service. I have two young kids and a piece of metal in my tire. I was able to make an appointment same day. I brought my kids with a stroller thinking it would take a while for them to check the tires. The employees ensured me it would be quick to evaluate the tires and no need to go for a walk. They were correct, my girls loved watching the mechanics work on the car and check tire. It ended up being a simple fix which was done right away. We were done in about 30min or less and my kids were entertained the entire time. The employees were great and now my tire is fixed.”

When I called to confirm their availability for an emergency repair and asked for directions, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional response I received.Upon arriving at the shop, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Lucy, the shop supervisor, helped me choose the right tire for my needs, while Carlos, the tire technician, was extremely friendly and efficient in his work. Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Even though I live far away, I will definitely return to this shop the next time I pass through the area.”

He called me back a few minutes later saying he could do it that day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. He used OEM recommended oil and filter. He was also friendly.”

“Chris and his team provide a very niche service in the tri-state area. If you like driving your older vehicle in this climate you will eventually deal with corrosion issues. Garden State Undercoating is the one stop shop for corrosion prevention and corrosion repair on new and old vehicles. I’ve had multiple jobs done here ranging from body sheetmetal work, frame rot repair, and general mechanical work on my various aging Toyotas. The work came out great and everyone knows what they are doing. Everyone on the team is great and Chris’ communication is A+ (and I’m pretty terrible to get ahold of).”
