“I recommend this pharmacy over any of the retail options in Greenpoint. I've been a customer for years. I got all of my COVID vaccines here, and remember when Altru had availability even when no where else did.
I was prescribed an epi-pen and Altru went above and beyond to advocate for me. Even after calling my insurance and my doctor, I was unpleasantly surprised by the news at the pharmacy that the insurance was denying coverage. Altru told me immediately what to do and how to push for it because of how important it could be to my life. When I called the insurance, and the insurance called Altru, Altru immediately picked up, corrected the insurance, advocated for an override, and somehow managed to order a version they didn't have in stock to arrive later that same day. I was willing to wait, but they made it happen. Thank you Altru!”

“I've been Using this pharmacy for about 12 years. In this time I move twice, And no matter how far i move, I still go back to them. They treat myself and my family with kindness and respect. They make sure you understand the medications you're given. They happily answer any of you questions, clearly. They do the best they can in order to help all around. There has been times in which my baby was sick and I was too far and they personally delivered my son's medication. That alone is why I truly respect them. “This pharmacy is AMAZING! Incredible customer service and and free, fast delivery. We had a problem getting a script filled at CVS for an inhaler for my daughter. They were out of stock and CVS could not tell us when it was coming in. My daughter was getting worse with her cough and breathing. Ridge Pharmacy rescued us and saved the day! Ridge had the medicine in stock, they called CVS got the script transferred over and delivered it the same day within maybe 2 hours. I will always use and recommend this pharmacy. THANK YOU!!!!!”
