“I got there. No line. No one behind the service counter. My brother called out hello on three separate occasions before a employee came out from behind the door. My brother and the employee had words. It wasn't pleasant. Finally I got asked what my tracking number was. This was for a live animal that I was picking up. I got him and we left. Overall not a good experience. I'm hoping that I never have to return.”
