Our 1st time at the Country Animal Hospital. We saw Dr. L. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable with a great bedside manor.
The place is very clean and the staff is efficient and pleasant.
They were on Time, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Parking is Plentiful, there is even a great Pizza/Restaurant next done in the same parking lot .
Lets talk money ?, I have driven past this place 100's of times. I always thought, this place must be expensive.
After trying so many vets, then found out they misrepresented them selves and who they represented.
It turns out that Country Animal Hospital,
On Texas Rd in Old Bridge, NJ was the most reasonable. Along with the animal along with their parents are aloud to go into the facility and actually speak to a human being face to face.

“Dr. Cavalieri and the rest of the staff at Central Monmouth Animal Hospital have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and compassionate at the hardest time in our dog's life. I brought my dog, Ruby, in at the start of January after she had become ill and Dr. Cavalieri helped every step of the way with figuring out what was going on with her. Dr. Cavalieri personally checked in numerous times between appointments over the past month and a half to see how Ruby was doing, brainstormed different ideas, and talked through things when we received our heartbreaking diagnosis. When it came time to say goodbye to Ruby, the euthanasia process was explained each step of the way to assure us that Ruby was not in pain at any point in time and gave us time to grieve. I cannot thank Dr. Cavalieri enough for everything that he had done throughout this time for Ruby and our family and will forever be grateful for the care and compassion that he provided. When the time comes to add a new puppy to our family, I will absolutely return to Central Monmouth Animal Hospital as I could not imagine going anywhere else. All testing, procedures, appointments, etc. was extremely reasonably priced and not in any way exuberant like other veterinarians charge.”

We knew someday we would sadly need to say goodbye. Unfortunately, that time came sooner than we could’ve expected for my beautiful Harley girl. From the onset of symptoms to the day we said goodbye the doctors and all the staff were there to answer questions and lend guidance. Our calls were always returned, questions answered, and love for my girl given. We recently brought our boy in for a checkup and the comforting words from everyone meant more than they will ever know. I completley trust my babies in their care. “Colonial Animal Hospital was initially recommended to me for acupuncture after I decided to go a conservative route to treat my doxie’s IVDD. While my vet was not thrilled and so sure she would not recover without surgery, Dr. Vokral was onboard with trying acupuncture and was detailed in explaining it all. The staff there are all warm and welcoming and will not meet a better group to share in the little victories along the way. I’m happy to share that my girl does have a wobble walk down and would not trust anyone else with girl on this journey, as I’m sure it’s still some journey ahead. You will not find a better place and group to treat your pets.”

We had multiple emergency situations, including a cat with kidney disease and a dog with Addison’s disease, and the team was truly exceptional in how they handled everything. They took the time to guide us through each situation, explain our options, and support us every step of the way, which made a stressful time much more manageable.

“Seamus - our 11 year old Beagle mix - has been a patient of Holmdel Veterinary Clinic for over a decade. (We also have Hopper - our crazy kitty who we adopted from one of HVC's veterinary assistants.)

Seamus just had his senior check up today. Unfortunately, Dr. Sturla found an issue that require's a specialist's care, so I'm a bit nervous and anxious about putting my sweet boy in the care of someone I don't know. I just hope everything goes well. Seamus is FAMILY. My husband and I need our sweet old sugar-faced puppy to live a long, happy, healthy life.

One thing I can say with complete confidence is that Dr. Sturla and his entire team truly care about their patients. My dog hates vet visits, but the staff at HVC are always so calm and gentle with him. I appreciate that they try to make the experience as stress-free as possible. (For both of us.) I'm an annoying "dog mom" who worries about every little lump and bump - but the staff at Holmdel Veterinary Clinic is always patient and accommodating. They take the time to answer every question and address all of my concerns. I never feel rushed or ignored. I am so grateful I found a veterinary clinic with such great staff! Everyone at HVC is always so welcoming and they make a such a fuss over Seamus. (He's such a little rock star!) It melts my heart to see how much they care. The people at HVC are true animal lovers. I knew I'd found a kind, compassionate vet the time I caught a glimpse of Dr. Sturla kissing my boy on the head. It was a small, sweet gesture, but it meant so much to me. It's definitely something I'll always remember.

Dr. Connelly is honestly one of the best vets I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes her time during each appointment. She never rushes, explains absolutely everything in detail so I fully understand what’s going on, and gives such helpful guidance.
