“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

“I broke my iPhone 12 Pro Max a few years ago and somehow kept using it in rough shape—cracked front and back, chips, even some exposure to dust and water. Honestly, it held up way longer than I expected(Btw its 2026 and im still using a 12pro max because how much i love it and fyi i had the 14.It was just terrible. So i went back to my 12 ). But recently, it finally gave out—the WiFi and cellular completely stopped working, and nothing I tried could fix it.
I even went to Apple and two other repair shops, and they all either told me to replace the phone or quoted me insanely high prices just to attempt a repair. Might as well buy a 17……i did for the mean time to make calls for work and etc
Then I found Device Surgeon—and everything changed.
He is seriously amazing. The level of skill and care he put into repairing my phone was incredible. When he quoted me a price for fixing the front, back, and internal issues, I honestly couldn’t believe it—it was more than fair, especially compared to what others were charging.
And the best part? He brought my phone completely back to life. Seeing it power up, receive notifications, and work like normal again was such a great feeling.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If you have a damaged device and think it’s beyond saving, this is absolutely the place to go.”

She also convinced me to get a Galaxy watch. She was great with setting up my phone and watch even after I left the store with them, she helped me to continue with the transferring process. Her coworker was also helpful and friendly. I know where to go now for great customer service.”
“I had an absolutely amazing customer service experience thanks to Cindy. My phone service wasn’t working with another provider, and I was completely stuck without access to maps. I just happened to pass by the store while driving and hoped someone there might be able to help.
Cindy went above and beyond. She took the time to patiently help me figure out how to download a map on my phone so I could navigate without service. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Without her, I truly would not have been able to get home.

“I recently got a new work email which wouldn't open on my phone, just a message saying "Getting messages" which it never did for 3 weeks.
I took to 5 Verizon techs in 3 diff. stores, they were all puzzled.
The man at Summit Tech Center fixed the security issue in 5 minutes and with no charge.

He was friendly, intelligent, informative and quickly helped operationalize a plan to charge my broken phone, secure a reasonably priced replacement, put together the items I needed to cross over to the iPhone 17, have it conveniently shipped to my house, and even suggested a high quality case I could order via Amazon Prime.
