“We had to return a modem and decided to go to the Optimum store in East Hanover. While we were there Ashley waited on us . I mention to Ashley about how high the cost of our cable was. She asked me what we watched and worked up a package for us at a great savings with more channels!
Then she asked me what I was paying for my cell phone. Once again she gave me a great plan with Optimum. Thank you Ashley for this great customer service, savings which allows us to stay with Optimum.”

“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

I reluctantly went down to the local AT&T store. I worked with Gabriel. He was friendly, intelligent, informative and quickly helped operationalize a plan to charge my broken phone, secure a reasonably priced replacement, put together the items I needed to cross over to the iPhone 17, have it conveniently shipped to my house, and even suggested a high quality case I could order via Amazon Prime.
