“?Mixed Experience, but Improving
The automated phone system is efficient despite being impersonal—I had a mail issue resolved quickly through an online form. Staff here used to feel cold and indifferent, but there’s been a noticeable shift lately. A kind older Asian woman who rotates between locations brings warmth to the service. Staff turnover seems high, and while they may be short-staffed, hiring doesn’t appear active.
Lines vary depending on the time and customer behavior, but I usually wait no more than 10 minutes. If the parking lot is full, expect a wait. The space is functional, though envelope selection is more limited than other nearby offices.”

My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”

Moved to Rockaway 6 months ago and still trying to find our way around. Have been in post office before but never met this very kind and knowledgeable lady. I was a little frustrated with the day I had and had to get a money order which I didn’t know bank does not do.They told me to go to post office. So I proceeded to post office. She was soooo nice and helpful. Didn’t know what to expect because being new in the area I thought “ great another aggravating situation “. Just want to make sure you know who I’m speaking of. again Sept 17th about 3PM. She was soooo nice great, helpful and felt Rockaway may have been a good move. “This store deserves 10 Stars! Everyone at this location is professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant. I actually go to this location, even though it is is farther from my office because of the staff there. Jaslin, Gerard, Justin, Nav, and Vanley are always ready to help. Mike , the Manager is the best! Unfortunately, sometimes, we the customers, are confused, in a hurry or in a bad mood and we don't treat these associates with the respect they deserve. I have witnessed customer abuse on several occasions to the point that I had to interject on their behalf, yet these people maintained a professional and calm attitude during these moments. Something I could not do nor could many of us in this situation. Thank You to the FEDEX employees at this store for maintaining a positive attitude and representing FEDEX in a way that is admirable! I will continue to use this FEDEX and will use other locations to support FEDEX and their outstanding employees.”
