“Love this apartment complex ! For the price , u can’t beat it ! The apartments are so spacious and well taken care of ! Karl is a great landlord and keeps the units up to date and if there is ever an issue , he’s very helpful ! Has everything u could need including a balcony , central air conditioning, lots of natural lighting , tons of closet space, garages to rent , and they even accept pets!! Would definitely recommend this place !”

“Disregard any negative reviews about the Murray Hill Apartments. When the time came to look for a new apartment I heard so many horror stories about property management companies and managers. The Murray Hill Apartments feature the opposite of all that. Tuli Reality was always extremely responsive and took action whenever something was needed. In addition the onsite team of Mike and his guys couldn't have been more nice, understanding, and responsive whenever there was an issue. The apartments are located in a great suburban neighborhood with NJ Transit trains to NYC right across the street. For the price, the apartments are a great deal for anyone.”

“Our move was good, a little disappointed of the move in condition of the rental. Could have been cleaner, paint spots on newly installed floor, dust in all of the closets, never wiped down. Bathroom sink drain clogged because of work being done to prepare. Window screens completely worn out and holes along the bottom of each of them. They need to be replaced before I can open any windows or bugs will come in. The front door is completely dirty and chipped of paint. The kitchen design was new and not thought out as missing cabinet because of remodel so they put up shelves. I realize this is a rental and first time for me, I should have thought this through a bit and looked around for other place a bit more attention to detail. Not a great experience and price is over the top for this small place and based on the issues I had.
Stephanie and Allison were very accommodating but as representatives of "the Monroe" the should ensure the attention to detail is there as they are dealing with the clients. Sorry perhaps my expectations are too high.”
