“I got a friendly greeting when I entered, someone asked if I wanted any help with anything, I did and they immediately asked me what they could do to help and guided me to products I might need for my project and which might work the best for me..At the register I was asked if I had the ACE app on my phone. I forgot about that. I had the app the bill was just over 11:00 I had a 10$ coupon and only paid just over a dollar. Can’t beat that!”
“Closest hardware store in town besides Home Depot, prices a little expensive, but it's worth supporting home town business. Just wish they were open for a few hours on weekend, even just Saturday. Has everything you need, if not the direct you to a store close by that's does!”

“Great store! Great Selection and prices seem decent!So I bought a house recently and boy are we out of our league! The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs...So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage...The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item.All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!”

“Let me tell you this wasn't gonna start out as a five star review but with the help that I got at the Lowe's in Lumberton with the sales manager, Eric Fahey and Kyle and their other associate Tom, I was very pleased with how they listened to my complaint and inquiry. I got a dryer from Lowe's December 23. I needed service on it three weeks later and then needed service again in February, they wanted to replace almost every part in the whirlpool dryer and I was not having that I feel as though maybe $600 ain't a lot of money but it is to me and I pointed that out to Kyle , Tom and Eric and they agreed and said don't worry we're gonna get you a new dryer and it was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with their response time and for their patience thank you so much guys.”

“Went in just to browse some as is/open box stuff. Ended up finding some good items so I went to talk to the counter. I didn’t catch his name but the counter guy was very friendly and helpful. He had the manager Devon come out and help me with a few things. Left with a good deal and a smile. Great harbor freight!”
