“This is a place you have to experience for yourself to understand the level of customer service that is provided. It is day and night compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. I would recommend this store for professionals and homeowners looking to DIY. The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I go here to get everything from one bolt to larger hardware/household products.”
3476 Bristol Pike, Bensalem PA 19020
“Everyone at the Bensalem branch is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly and easy to work with. I'm already a repeat customer and have referred a few of my colleagues that also agree on the excellent level of service. They even do my aging memory a favor by all being named Joe! Keep up the great work guys!”

“Went in just to browse some as is/open box stuff. Ended up finding some good items so I went to talk to the counter. I didn’t catch his name but the counter guy was very friendly and helpful. “Support local businesses!!! Joyce the owner is so nice and accommodating. My recent visit I was having a bad day as I locked myself out my apartment and my spare keys were in my locked vehicle. Joyce took the time to listen and calm me down. She also offered her ladder. I truly appreciated that.”
87 Hartford Rd, Medford NJ 08055
“Usually has everything I need in the Medford , tabernacle, shaming area ..which is great because the nearest Home depot or lowes is too far for quick lumber and materials, its like the home depot of the area and surrounding towns”
529 Bath St, Bristol PA 19007
“Closest hardware store in town besides Home Depot, prices a little expensive, but it's worth supporting home town business. Just wish they were open for a few hours on weekend, even just Saturday. Has everything you need, if not the direct you to a store close by that's does!”
230 N Maple Ave, Marlton NJ 08053
“I got a friendly greeting when I entered, someone asked if I wanted any help with anything, I did and they immediately asked me what they could do to help and guided me to products I might need for my project and which might work the best for me..At the register I was asked if I had the ACE app on my phone. I forgot about that. I had the app the bill was just over 11:00 I had a 10$ coupon and only paid just over a dollar. Can’t beat that!”
119 Bellevue Ave, Penndel PA 19047
“Went to pick up some all rod , Nuts and washers Fast and efficient service and very friendly definitely will be back highly recommend. Also it is very important to buy from these type of hardware stores versus the big box. Stores cannot stress that enough.”
1631 Haines Rd, Levittown PA 19055
“Great family-owned & run store that covers a wide-range of items; friendly, helpful service & quickly gets to know & welcome repeat customers. Couple yrs ago when I left my credit card behind, he kept locked in drawer & soon as I came in, he let me know he had it waiting for me [unlike the 1x it dropped out of my pocket at nearby Family Dollar & saw online where I last used it--well in was there but left laying in full view in an unlocked drawer yp near register; NOT in locked drawer or managers offc! Only problem I've had at JVs is that when I get distracted (or more often lately as I'm getting older), I forget or think of something I need--preferably nearby, quick & reasonable priced-- I rush out the door & realize its 7:30 or after [or earlier on Sun] & realized they are closed ? so addl hours are only thing I'd prefer .. but that's just me being needy & greedy bc I know they need time-off/family time!????”
1103 Park Ave, Hainesport NJ 08036

“The sales representative knew exactly what I was asking for and made a speedy response in my email to follow up, thank you so much. Being disabled doesn't mean you can't continue to move forward, when I got my yerf dog go cart I always needed someone to drive me, well I modified my predator 212 motor with a stage three performance kit, governor removed then I made hand controls for my throttle and brake.”

“I believe the lady At the desk her name was Katherine. She was very knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile throughout our entire interaction. I came in having trouble trying to locate a certain fitting and without me even Fully explaining what I needed She already knew what I was talking about and I was in and out in less than five minutes. These types of interactions are what keeps people coming back”

“Tom was incredibly informative, patient, and friendly. He helped me get a piece of wood for a shelf I’m installing in my kitchen cabinet. Even though I didn’t have the exact measurements, he came up with a solution that would work. He made sure the piece was slightly larger so I could always come back and trim it down if needed, rather than having it be too small and not fit at all. I really appreciate it and excellent customer service!”

“Let me tell you this wasn't gonna start out as a five star review but with the help that I got at the Lowe's in Lumberton with the sales manager, Eric Fahey and Kyle and their other associate Tom, I was very pleased with how they listened to my complaint and inquiry. I got a dryer from Lowe's December 23. I needed service on it three weeks later and then needed service again in February, they wanted to replace almost every part in the whirlpool dryer and I was not having that I feel as though maybe $600 ain't a lot of money but it is to me and I pointed that out to Kyle , Tom and Eric and they agreed and said don't worry we're gonna get you a new dryer and it was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with their response time and for their patience thank you so much guys.”
