“We visited this Home Depot yesterday to purchase a snow blower. We got caught up in a clerical error when we went to pick up the purchased snow blower resulting in three returns to the store. Mei, the store manager, intervened to resolved the issue and made arrangements to have the blower delivered to our home free of charge to compensate us for the mix up. Thank you Mei. Good customer service still matters. Well done.”

I was even offered a water while I was shopping - just thought it was a nice touch because what other hardware store does that. I’ve actually even gotten some gifts for people here. They have great lawn accessories especially around the holidays.”
