She offered to check other stores for me and she found one at another store. I was ecstatic. Not only does Chicos offer quality clothing but their customer service goes above and beyond. “I can't say enough wonderful things about Gary and his family. My son bought an engagement ring in London thinking he could have it sized when he got back to the US. Turns out the sizing was a complex job that could have collapsed the setting. Not only did Gary get the job done he did it in one day allowing the proposal and surprise party to go off without a hitch. “Was in the market for a new timepiece, specifically black and silver with a black alligator leather band plus a chronograph. Walked into Jay Roberts and started talking to Jerry who is a great guy. He showed me what they currently had in the store and then gave me a few books to take home and look over, plus to look at the website so they could order a watch for me. Spoke to him a day later and said I had 2 in mind, and he said he could get them next week. I did call back a day later and told him to order me only 1 which was no issue since he hadn't placed the order for both yet. We did speak to the price before placing the order and I was very happy at the discount I received, and completely satisfied! The watch came in much quicker than I was told, which was another plus. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I met some very nice people during my visits. A big shout out to Jerry for the outstanding service!I'll be back during the holidays.”

“✅️If I could give ? stars ? I would ??IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO FIX YOUR BROKEN JEWELRY?⬆️IT'S HERE⬆️I brought in TWO different necklaces, BOTH were BROKEN? I wanted to CUSTOMIZE, COMBINE AND FIX BOTH NECKLACES. COUNTLESS places told me that it simply couldn't be done. UNTIL I talked to Mr. Mike! He messaged me back a few hours later, asked for pictures and explained the process. When i brought them in, he again explained things to us. And assured US that WE were in GOOd HANDS! HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! It only took a few days to be ready for pick up! I was stunned when I saw it in person! He even buffed the face of my name plate to get it to SHINE again. HE also offered to buff and clean it again when the time comes. HE IS MY HERO ! Besides NOT ALL heros wear capes, some come in jeweler form! If it's a jewelry problem...HE'S THE ANSWER!THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING Mr.Mike!!!!”

“I was greeted, left to take my time to look and then as soon as i picked up my first selenite to purchase, like magic there was a smiling person with green hair and a tray for me.My son was completely indecisive on what he wanted and the gentleman behind the counter showed him sphere after sphere until he found the one he wanted. No impatience. Just enjoying talking about stones. Everything is priced appropriately. The store is brightly lit, very clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere. I recommend them for anyone who wants to add to their collection, introduce someone into collecting or buy a gift for someone who does.”
