“I purchased two bikes online in which one of them had minor damage. I went to the Cherry Hill store and they told me to come to this location since they didn’t have the piece. I’m glad they did because we wouldn’t of met Courtney. He was more than helpful. Not only did he fix the issue, he made sure the bike was the right fit for my daughter’s size and that everything was safe and ready for all of the long adventures to come. The kind of service you look for when shopping. We live in Philly and although Cherry Hill is closer I will gladly skip right over the one closer to home just to shop at this location. I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.”
