“So I went into the Hackettstown Verizon wireless today on route 57 with trouble with my phone. I was immediately greeted with a friendly staff and had the pleasure to deal with Tarik. I ended up buying not only a phone for myself, but one for my daughter with their amazing promotion going on right now which included two Apple watches and other accessories .You must stop in if you’re in a need of a new phone or upgrade. Make sure you ask for Tarik. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through every part of the process. He even transferred everything to my new phone and made it as easy as possible. “I just have to give a shout out to Trisha at the Streets of Chester location. My 84-year-old dad was having issues with his phone and went into that store to see what his options were. Trisha spent a great deal of time going over things with my Dad and helped him fix a problem with his cell phone that another store worked on for over a week and could not resolve. We were SO impressed with her incredible knowledge and patience. It is so rare to find someone that truly cares about helping people in the way she did.
