“I have been looking around for an auto loan and stopped at this branch. Growing up in dover and dealing with the previous credit union I did not have high expectations for them, but this new bank and management team has been super helpful with the whole process. Nowadays taking time off from work and do paperwork at a bank is super tedious but they did the whole loan in a couple of days via email. I do hope more people would take advantage of the low interest rates from a local credit union before going into big banks with sky-high interest rates. I can't stress how knowledgeable and helpful Yajaira was at the Dover branch. I'm super thankful for all the help and information everyone has given me.”

I'm a 4 years member of GSFCU, but had some problems with web access since year 1 with them. After 4 years I finally got a call from their very BEST Customer service rep, Ms Adriana Torres! She figured the problem right away, fixed my web access, and guided me through additional questions.
Honestly, CS like her makes all the difference for any institution!
To GSFCU management: She deserves a promotion and a paid vacation, for having such ownership character towards the company she represents, that turned off my 4 year complaint into a 5 star review and positive advertisement for Garden Savings FCU.

Today I needed a notarized document (2nd attempt) so this time I went West Caldwell and Al (Albert) was a true professional who was always thinking ahead ex (Do you want a copy?) What a big difference from Chase Randolph's Ms Khaled, who had attempted to up-sell me a very similar Freedom CC and who also quizzed me how to pronounce both her 1st an 2nd names an worse, called me after I left saying she had forgotten to STAMP the notarized document. How do you forget that?? So I can't tell you how relieved I was with West Caldwell's, Albert who exceeded all my expectations!”

“I wanted to thank Frank who helped open an account for my 16 year old son and recommended Pops for breakfast which is down the street and is a great place to eat.I live in Budd Lake and went to 3 banks there to open an account. They all seem to have layed off so many people that you have to make an appointment to open an account.I have been banking with Provident for 30 years and have never had a problem and the people have always been helpful. I moved and the bank is a bit far away, but I am loyal to people who help me and it has been worth the drive. I thought I'd try a bank closer to home for my son, but they really did not seem interested enough to provide the service that they used too. Provident still does.Frank spent at least a half an hour with us opening the account. I really appreciate his attention. It is what I am used to with Provident.I do most of my stuff online, but it is nice to be able to go into the bank and talk to someone instead of dealing with an AI auto attendant that you normally get when you need to call. Provident still provides in person personal service with a minimal wait and they are nice about it.I highly recommend Provident bank and once again thank Frank.”

“I wanna share my story I came into the Pnc to apply for a credit card and there was something on my credit report that wasn’t good. Elvira took the time to call Experian with Me. We figured it out. There was stuff on there. That wasn’t me. She went above and beyond and I reapplied and I got the credit card. She is a great manager and she goes above and beyond for her clients, I love this Pnc and I will go nowhere else.”
