They clearly explained what was not done to proper standards and documented everything in detail.
What sets them apart is their honesty and attention to detail. They did not cut corners, and they took the time to ensure every issue was properly evaluated. Dean was accessible, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process.
Based on their findings, the vehicle was ultimately deemed a total loss.

First, the repairs were impeccable, leaving the car looking like new. Second, Caliber's customer service team at this location is phenomenal. Roseanne at the front desk was friendly, personable, and helpful. Trevor managed my case from beginning to end, and he was exceptionally clear and professional throughout. I received regular updates via phone about the progress they were making on my repairs, and they even went out of their way to show me where some prior improper repairs had been made by the previous owner.

“Washington Township Elmer's Auto Body is fantastic. Another car hit my own from behind, causing plenty of damage. I bought my Jeep Compass new and it was only 8 weeks old at the time. Needless to say, I was upset; however, Rob and Dennis and the Elmer's crew did an amazing job. The new paint-job matches perfectly (and I mean PERFECTLY) with the original factory paint, and the entire job was truly flawless. Everyone at this place of business is friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend them. “My husband and I have both had great experiences with getting tires repaired and replaced at Harz. My husband went with a slow leak thinking he would need it replaced. After looking at the tire, they recommended patching it. That lasted several months before it eventually needed to be replaced, which they did at a great price. I went in with a flat tire that also had a slow leak. I was going in expecting they would recommend replacement, but they were able to patch it up. I showed up when they were short-handed on a Monday morning and they got me out after about an hour and a half. Great place!”

“I’ve always received great service at the Glassboro location and return there when I need parts and batteries. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a very polite and pleasant young man, Jordon Soto. He installed my battery with a great attitude and also made sure I received my $22 discount for the battery swap. After he finished, I handed him a $5 tip to get some Taco Bell for his great service… and he politely refused and asked that I give it to charity instead. Kid is going places. I also received great service from the salesman at the counter. I’m sorry I forgot his name.”

“I would like to personally thank Allen and the staff at Premier Collision LLC at the 600 Hyatt St, Chester PA 19013 location for the outstanding service and professionalism provided during my vehicle repair process after I was rear-ended.
I have to first mention Liz, the receptionist, who is just delightful to speak to. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and always made sure lines of communication were clear right from the start.
From start to finish, Allen handled everything with care, professionalism, and transparency. He stayed in constant communication with both myself and the insurance company, making an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything that was occurring with my claim and repairs.
What stood out the most was his patience, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were handled properly. It is rare to find someone who truly advocates for the customer while also maintaining such professionalism and integrity.
The day I picked up my vehicle, I received so many compliments because my baby was shining and looked absolutely amazing. The workmanship and attention to detail truly showed. You can tell Allen takes pride in making sure customers leave happy and satisfied.

( I only repair them once in a while so I am definitely not a pro) He said he didn’t sell any supplies but I could have some for free he then asked what part I was fixing I told him just a leaking neck and he told me exactly how he repairs leaking necks that’s a true class act and a type of service money can’t buy great dude”

Don and his crew completed a full out paint job with rusted and bent metal repair/replacement on my, now beautiful, '93 GMC Sierra. Though I did supply many parts, Don was able to locate additional items needed due to job growth. The completed job cost was within the estimate tolerance I allowed, and far, far less expensive than buying a new one. Since I still use it as a truck, for personal needs, I am now very proud to drive it everywhere I need to.

“Century Collision replaced a rusted structural member on the undercarriage of my 2004 Honda Element so the car would pass PA State Inspection. Not all body shops do that kind of work. The work was completed when promised and was done for a competitive price. The owner of the shop explained what needed to be done and documented the work that was done with photographs. I hope I won't need to, but if I ever need more structural work done on the car, I will be coming back to Century Collision.”

“Car got hit by E-bike, took it to Caliber, to say great customer service 10/10 update throughout whole process. Day before taking it in hit a pothole, drove in on a spare. While car was getting fixed,got a new tire. The crew put the tire on so we wouldn’t have to drive it home on a spare. If you are reading this review to take your car in for repairs.
