“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

“I stopped in here on a whim, hoping to get a replacement fitted earpiece for my Bose headphones (the rubber part), while at the airport***. Basil was quick to help and he led me to a drawer where we picked through some 'aftermarket' replacements that they had there AT NO CHARGE, and he helped me find the right size and even handed me a few extra PAIRS! A pleasant surprise, thank you! And I wasn't charged a cent! ?”
“The service representative Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The service representative on the phone was uneducated and gave this man an extremely hard time. He is so well versed with his knowledge on Metro technology that he had to coach the reps on the phone regarding how to do job. He was very professional with me. It was 15 mins before closing and he worked on my phone for hours. I haven’t met a person with that sort of work ethic in any customer service experience in a very long time. I’m so impressed. He is an asset to MetroPCS and it would benefit this company to hold onto him and give the man a raise!!”
