Sean was knowledgeable and helpful and I really liked that he talked directly to my son to find out what he would find most comfortable. We settled on a Tempur-Pedic mattress that my son loved immediately. I was also happy that the mattress could be delivered within 48 hours. The whole process was easy and my son loves the new mattress - I was a little worried about the breaking-in period with the Tempur-Pedic but he already told me he sleeps great on it!”

“I came to La-Z-Boy because I have a recliner that my late wife bought me for my birthday about 8 years ago and I love it!
I was looking to try to buy another recliner to match the one my wife bought for me. Cynthia helped me find the right colored fabric and chair model, I asked her about a loveseat and she helped me choose one that would best fit in my living room.
Cynthia was patient, helpful, was really eager to help me. When I return to get a couch I will look for her for guidance.”

“Better experience than a competitor mattress company. They provide a lay cloth! They had a bed match system that provides a list of about 5-6 ranges of brands that would help with your sleeping position. Linda was very helpful and when I told her my price point she didn't try to push me over. She gave me about 3 options within the recommended mattresses in my price range. I was very satisfied with the service and ability to shop at my own pace, I locked in on buying a mattress.”

“Just received our new "sexy leg" dining set (42x70 Maple table, expandable with 4 extra leaves to seat up to 12 people, Boston color finish, 6 upholstered chairs, twist leg design on the table and chairs) and already absolutely in love with it! The owners were incredibly patient with me and my husband as we were originally very indecisive with the style, wood, color, design, etc. They gave great recommendations given our space and personal asthetic, and listened to our requests to make a few custom changes to combine aspects we liked from different styles. Delivery and setup was easy to our Manhattan apartment. Looking forward to hosting meals with our family and friends and showing off our new table!”

She called back immediately after placing the order (having website issues) and followed up with consecutive calls. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. “We had used Brielle Furniture for years but unfortunately tried another local business when buying a couch for our new home. Suffice to say it didn't work out well. The other business eventually (after 5 months) agreed to refund us but came right away to take the couch back leaving us with nowhere to sit! I called Ed at Brielle Furniture and we came in to purchase a new couch from them. Bob was so pleasant and helpful to work with. As the couch we selected was a custom order Ed offered to loan us one while the new one was being made. Save yourself time and potential headaches. “Listen up, if you need help with your board, boots, equipment, anything related to snow Jason is your guy. He spent over an hour with me helping me try different boots and explaining to me why I have been experiencing so much discomfort with my old expensive boots. He explained to me how the feet move, how they should rest in the boot, and everything there is to know. He is your Snowboard Scientist, hands down ask for Jason’s help if you need the best. He also worked on my board, new foundation and wax and this baby looks BRAND NEW.
I cannot overstate how helpful Jason was, I was about to give up on boarding because if foot pain and with his recommendations and expert advice I now am back in love with my favorite sport. Thanks to the Ski Barn team and a HUGE thanks to Jason.

On delivery day, which was the day after purchase, i got called into work so I called the store to possibly get the day changed. They told me they’ll make sure I have it before I had to leave, which they did with plenty of time to spare. I definitely recommend.”

They will work with you and give discounts when they can and/or when you buy multiple items. Very friendly and kind people too who know their stuff. The place is very welcoming inside and a great atmoshpere. Theres a reason why they have ALL great reviews and the only bad one was from someone who obviously doesn't know anything about running a business or the real world.
