“The 'Senior' crowd is one of the fastest growing groups when it comes to cell phone usage. Whether they’re looking to stay in touch with loved ones, stream their favorite TV shows from anywhere, or have access to emergency backup anytime, seniors have access to a wide variety of cell phone plans that meet their needs........and since MOST OF THE GOVERNMENT FUNDED PHONE PLANS ARE CEASING.. I AM TELLING THIS STORY...of an AMAZINGLY KNOWLEDGABLE,.. PATIENT AND KIND 'OSL' EMPLOYEE at Neptune Walmart. My dear friend "Judy" is going thru a rough medical patch. She has been on her Medical Doctor's 'speed dial'. Judy has one of those government funded program cell phone plans as she has a country-wide family. Last night as she was explaining to a Florida grandson the latest on her medical journey.....the phone died. She was able to borrow a neighbor's phone and called her "plan" to ask what happened?.....The answer was ....."This plan will cease immediately for ALL" Judy frantically explained her medical frailty.....the reply...'We do not care! Goodbye!'....well just so you know.....Hospitals call her, Doctors call her.....I am telling you all this to explain 'OSL Tim's' depth of character and his commitment to excellence!Judy wanted to see if Neptune Walmart could turn her phone back on...... So with Walker in hand as a guide and two of her Senior BFFs She came on Tuesday afternoon ....and met #OSL TIM! What a fine example of a GREAT TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST! Tim practiced a. Active Listening, b. Effective Communication, c. Adaptibility, and d. an abundance of product knowledge on both plans and phones geared exclusively to an age group.Best Outcome Scenario....Judy found a phone...loves it...price was doable. All data was ported to new phone. Yes. Thank you #OSL TIM whose expertise performed was above and beyond. Please reward. #OSL TIM is the BEST.”

“Good store where I make my quick runs. Parking can sometimes be a pain. The produce is hit or miss - sometimes rotten and moldy, sometimes good. A good variety of products and most things are kept stocked weekly. Sometimes they only have their own brand and not the regular brands, which can be a nuisance and frustrating. The self check out can also be hit or miss, as I've often had to have a cashier get involved to clear or push through the transaction. Most cashiers are cordial and say hi, one lady this week was super friendly and actually helped bag my stuff (most don't, so it was noted and very much appreciated!).Overall a good and convenient store to shop and I will continue shopping here.”

“First impression was wonderful walking into the presentation of a tree in the center of a store was a different experience for me followed by the customer experience from Colleen for me to be here just for a visit to a beach I was truly impressed”

“This Walmart is out of the way for me, but I was in the area and decided to stop in. My primary reason to visit Walmart is the toy section as I am an action figure collector. I am very used to going to the toy section in my local Walmart in Linden, NJ and finding *nothing*. They do restock now and then, but unless you are there when the items come in you're generally out of luck. Not so (apparently) at *this* Walmart. I went in looking for very specific toys and BOOM, as soon as I got to the toy aisle they had exactly what I was looking for. Now, given the sheer amount of stock I'm guessing they just put the items out on this day, but it was great to see stuff *on shelf* instead of just tons of empty space. The rest of the store is like all modern day Walmarts magnified (it *is* a Supercenter after all). The aisles are wider, there is more shelf space for everything and the lights are somehow brighter. Check out was quick and I had barely any wait. I had a good experience here and if I'm in the area again I would definitely stop by.”
