Break pads were changed, & do to a slightly damaged rotor, my man put his hands on that too without notifying me that he did so.. If I wouldn't had seen it, I wouldn't had known. Shop is the truth. I was a little nervous going to someone new because, as a female, sometimes it can feel like people might try to get over on you if they think you don’t know too much about cars. But I did NOT get that vibe here at all.
From the moment I got there, they made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They looked over everything and really helped me understand what my car needed without trying to upsell me or anything extra.
When I got my car back, it sounded and felt like a brand new car. That alone made me so happy, but what really stood out was how genuine and helpful they were throughout the whole process. He really worked with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was good every step of the way.

“Didn't charge me a cent! A peice of my car was broken off and I panicked and called many places- they all said I would have to pay around $50 for them to fix it. I went here and he spent half an hour AFTER closing time fixing it for FREE. He even explained what was wrong and what I needed to do in the future. He made sure to take the time for me even though they were almost closing and he was so kind and hardworking. The place was hard to get to with directions but you just have to drive around back. If you have any car troubles, come here. Joe will take great care of you and your car!”

Renny is one of those guys who is low key.very amicable and has owned New Brunswick tires since the last ice age. His most senior employee is Greg. Shoot! He has been there just as long( 18 yrs) He's probably secret partner. They will do everything to get you back on the road. Unlike other chain tire stores where all they try to do is stack the bill.

“A little hard to locate once your GPS says you're there. It's a little in the back. But the employees work so hard and they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Brush up on your Espanol or Spanglish works. LOL! Several of the workers speak English so no problema. When I had my rear tires replaced before, Jonathan explained why it was recommended to get replacements since the hole in the tire was in a spot that couldn't be repaired easily. Definitely recommend the New Brunswick location.”
