“Just had a key programmed at Costello's Ace hardware for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. John is an experienced key programmer and did a great job of getting it to work after the new FOB failed to program due to a weak battery. After replacing battery and repeated programming, he was eventually able to get the aftermarket FOB to work. While not all aftermarket FOBs are guaranteed, he went the extra mile to keep at it and in this case it worked. Thanks!!!”
