Grainger Industrial Supply is a one-stop shop with a helpful South Plainfield branch. Customers report excellent and above-and-beyond service from the experienced branch staff, who solve problems and find specific parts. The location is noted as being spotless. For fast needs, items can be ordered online for same-day, branch-free pickup. After-hours support is available by phone, even nights and weekends, to open the branch or find products in stock at other locations. They provide help with returns, invoicing, and product questions, aiming to resolve issues the same day.
Great place to get parts when there open.. Changed store hours.. Google not notified to update internet.. Took a 30 minute trip .. 1 hour round trip FOR NOTHING! a little aggravating, especially with today's gas prices

It's the best place to get your fix (if you can wait a day)! Everyone is calm, it's quiet, and they have or can get just about anything you might want. It's growing to become the first place I think of for needs.

The man at the counter was very patient with me as we went over how to connect the new condenser fan to my air conditioning system.
