“I went and rented my unit today from Linda and she was FANTASTIC! She showed me around to multiple different units until I found the one I needed. She was super friendly and I appreciated her thoroughness on explaining everything about the Unit and costs. Definitely recommend if you need a place to store your belongings. I got a 10x15 climate controlled unit.”
“What a fantastic move I had thanks to the guys at Strongmile Movers!! Joe, the owner, sent a three-man team to help with my move from one apartment to another a few streets over in Highland Park… and he could not have sent three harder-working men for the job! Casper, Devin, and David showed up with GREAT attitudes and immediately set me at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. As a single woman trying to move a 2 bedroom apartment by herself, I needed all the help I could get, and I felt like I was in great hands with these three! The guys made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the move (they literally set up a chair in the shade and requested that I sit and take a load off!! I didn’t lift a finger!) while they did all the heavy lifting. They went the extra mile at every opportunity: they wrapped my couch, TV, and other fragile items with care before loading, and patiently conferred with me at the new apartment to figure out the best furniture layout for each room. Joe even stopped by personally to chat with me and check in to make sure the move was starting off smoothly, which was an extra boost of confidence that I was in good hands. I could say so much more about how this team made my move the easiest I’ve ever had in over a decade renting and relocating, but suffice to say you get EXACTLY what you pay for when you hire Strongmile: peace of mind, quality customer service, and fantastic work ethic. I will be recommending Strongmile to everyone I know in the area!!”

“I reserved a truck at the South Plainfield location, and Jason, who assisted me, was so pleasant and extremely accommodating. It was a busy day for him there. I waited for him to assist a couple of other clients who were before me. As courtesy for waiting, he applied an additional 25% discount on the rental. Not for nothing, after comparing prices of rentals with other competitors, Penske seemed to be the one who offered a deal. I highly recommend Penske. Jason was attentive and sweet.”
“We rented a one way 10 foot u haul truck from Mount Vernon, NY and dropped it off in this location. The front desk took our key and that was it. We received a receipt for the transaction. Very easy and seamless process. We didn’t have to park it just give the key to the front desk. The neighborhood is sketchy. Watch out for scammers.”

“my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. I highly recommended them without any hesitation because they deserve that.”

Our van was clean, there was even one blanket inside for us to use and the dolly we rented was heavy-duty and in perfect condition. “I am a truck driver delivery driver for a living. My company which is a national company and has a fleet of 50,000 tractor trailers, has a contractor with lease line for the trailer repairs. The group here, does an outstanding job. They were grossly overworked, probably underpaid. They're never slow. It seems like it's sometimes, but in reality they're always always good. Good an awful lot of work to do. These guys do an outstanding job. A lot of repairs do not get approved even though they are recommended. You know the employer doesn't want to pay to get the correct repairs done. But this group can do all the repairs necessary. They can diagnose correctly exactly what needs to be done, and if given the nod they will make all the repairs necessary correctly the first time. This is a great group of mechanics here.”
“This location is a Budget/Avis rental location. They do truck, van and car rentals. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most rentals these days are done online so usually you’re just coming in to pick up the vehicle and sign some paperwork. Make sure to check double check hours of operation online to ensure this location is open. We’ve rented multiple vehicles from this location and never had any issues, well except for their electric class vehicle (Volvo polestar) is really just not up to par as other electric models such as Tesla or Ford models even. Worth a trip but save time at the counter by booking online first!!!”
