It's not solely due to its stunning aesthetics and fantastic amenities (including both indoor and outdoor pools) but also its community. Every resident I've encountered exudes maturity, intelligence, and respectfulness. Unlike other rental spaces, disturbances such as noise or unwanted odors from smoking are virtually non-existent here. Moreover, the Windsor Tower's exceptional insulation and ventilation minimize the likelihood of disturbances from neighbors.Furthermore, the management team—Christine, Yvonne, and Carly—and the maintenance crew—Tony, Fernando, and Angel—are the cornerstone of this establishment. Their dedication to ensuring residents' happiness is evident as they willingly go above and beyond to address any concerns. They are the driving force behind transforming this over 20-year-old building into a residence that feels brand new. Anything that needs to be fixed is taking care of right away. Anwar is a blessing. She's been a big help from the beginning & she always available. The apartments are big & spacious. The balcony is definitely a plus. We also love the convenient parking. They have a very nice & attentive staff. This isn't a place you'd have to think twice about moving too.”

The tenants are quiet and friendly, and the lobby, hallways and elevators are kept clean and tidy. I feel that their rental rates are very fair, they allow pets, and the building and apartments are well maintained. The property managers are very responsive and friendly. It obviously deserves more. me and my mom have been living there for 2 years and its been a wonderful experience. whenever you need a fix in your apartment you can call Ted and he immediately schedules a time to see you. He never fails to do so. my mom and i had some complications like clogged tub and things needed to be fixed but he ALWAYS fixed them. we were very comfortable and if he had a bigger apartment we wouldve moved back. you can count on ted to help you with any problems you have. regarding neighbors they are very friendly and they dont mind a little noise. never any problems at our apartment and overall a very nice experience !”
