See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. He even reached out to his team for some recommendations/solutions, and responded on the following day. The cashier was also awesome, he noticed that I was looking for Frankie while checking out another customer and notified Frankie to assist me. I was looking for a faucet adaptor that's no more than a few bucks, and Frankie/his team demonstrated great customer service professionalism in compared with several other plumbing stores which just responded "we don't carry this type of adapters."”

“Mixed review. There was a young female manager who was fantastic and got things done. We weren't sure if it were our laptop or the charger that wasn't working. She said geek squad would have a charger and could check. The geek squad couldn't have cared less and said they didn't have one and that since we were no longer under our two year geek squad contract there was nothing that could be done. We went back to female manager. She had one of her peeps go get the charger from their back office and they plugged in our laptop and it started to charge. Yeah! The employee brought us to where we could pick up a new one. So it worked out but no thanks to Geek Squad. Make sure to keep that manager.”

“Very pleased with my 2nd experience purchasing from Scott at Oberg & Lindquist. I have previously purchased appliances for my past 2 residences from Home Depot. About a year ago, I needed to replace an LG microwave w/vent system. Scott matched my best price, his service installers were exceptional, and they accommodated me when I found a defect in the appliance by promptly replacing it w/a new unit. I just purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Scott and it was delivered sooner than expected. Again, the service installers were prompt, efficient, and professional, unlike my experience w/the big box stores. Their plumber arrived shortly after my appliance was delivered and installed, and I was honestly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the entire experience. Scott recommended this KitchenAid model, and although I was "just looking" on the day I walked into his store, he did not pressure me in the least to complete my purchase. He was straightforward and I believe he gave me an excellent recommendation. I am thoroughly satisfied with my new dishwasher and will continue to purchase appliances from this company and, specifically, from Scott.”
