“10/10 service!!! I highly recommend coming to this Midas location. I purchased four brands new black hawk tires for my 2016 Honda Accord. The manager Sean was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he offer me the best price in the area (compared to Pep Boys and Mavis), but he gave me other affordable options to look into as well. After I dropped my car off, they offered me an uber home to rest until they were complete with the services! When I arrived they gave me an update on my brakes, rotors and oil and let me know that it was all up to date. He also let me know that my tires came with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for free with my purchase! Unheard of! My car is driving beautifully and I’m so happy. Thank you Midas on 22!”
“I would definitely recommend Franks’s and will continue to bring my cars. Tom and team are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicate clearly. They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!
Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“I purchased my ID.BUZZ from Andrew at Douglas Volkswagen earlier this year. Great experience - could not have been any smoother. Andrew was absolutely great to deal with and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had.
ALSO - just recently we had an incident where someone got too close and swiped the BUZZ with their mirror - leaving a mark across one of the panels. I wasn't sure if it was scratched or just had some paint transfer. Andrew arranged it so that I could bring in the vehicle for the detailing department to look at it. They were able to buff it out and it was good as new in 15 minutes.

He made sure the car was set up properly for my profile and digital key settings, and then told me to bring in my wife’s x7 so he can properly set those up (they never worked until Adam fixed them).

I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. That type of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly when purchasing a vehicle.
I have dealt with several dealerships over the years, and BMW of Springfield stands out for its professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a BMW and would not hesitate to return for my next vehicle.
