He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.

“We had to return a modem and decided to go to the Optimum store in East Hanover. While we were there Ashley waited on us . I mention to Ashley about how high the cost of our cable was. She asked me what we watched and worked up a package for us at a great savings with more channels!
Then she asked me what I was paying for my cell phone. Once again she gave me a great plan with Optimum. Thank you Ashley for this great customer service, savings which allows us to stay with Optimum.”
