I have never dealt with more useless people in my lifetime.
Either train your people or go out of business.

Picked up a car from Dollar at Chicago Airport. The whole pickup took maybe 5 minutes tops. The lady at the counter was super nice and efficient. Dropped the car off at Newark Airport and it was just as quick, like a minute, no unnecessary questions. They only took a small deposit too. Really smooth experience.

We were charged a $400 penalty for not returning the rental car key, brought it back the next day and were told the penalty would be removed. It’s been a month now and we still have not received reimbursement.
