Really unhelpful staff and a 2 hour wait for the vehicle. No seating so people just sitting, laying on the floor for hours. No queues for any of the other companies. Avoid Dollar at Newark!

extremely long wait time. clerk added charges without asking which amounted to over $750 over our reservation made through Booking.com. NEVER AGAIN will we rent from this company, which is an affiliate of Hertz.

I waited to get a car upon arrival from Florida, for three hours. When I wanted to extend my return, they had the audacity to charge me for 3 hours. Not the way to run a business!!
