There was guy talking on the phone whose name I've come to known as Bert or Albert. He was very knowledgeable, professional, well spoken and articulate. He knows alot about the furniture industry and He was able to educate me on the best options, choices and direction I should go. The store smelled really nice like Lavender and it was overall very welcoming. I was extremely satisfied with my purchases and will be returning! I will be telling family and friends as well..”

“I made a call to this Payless mattress at South Orange ave in Newark to know if they have exact thing that I needed including the price range so that I don’t have to drive to the store for nothing. All the information I needed were giving to me respectfully. They promised delivery even though it was a day before Thanksgiving. I went there and picked what I needed and it was delivered same day as promised. They kept in touch with me to notify me of any delay in time . The driver was very patient. I recommend this place for mattress and bedding needs, for good customer service, good quality and good price.”
